Indrajit Raychaudhuri 1ff9421f7b general: Update documentation better qualifying runcom paths
Zsh and Prezto files don't always reside in `~/`. Instead, they have
a more spec compliant location (`${ZDOTDIR:-$HOME}/`). Make them
unambiguous in the documentation. Likewise, for `$GNUPGHOME`.

Further, add instruction for optionally setting up Prezto in
`$XDG_CONFIG_HOME`.

While at this, also add clarification on relative ordering of some of
the modules, apply more formatting tweaks and doc improvements.

Command-Not-Found

When you try to use a command that is not available locally, searches the package manager for a package offering that command and suggests the proper install command.

Debian and Arch Linux based distributions use the command-not-found tool.

macOS uses Homebrew's command-not-found clone. Note that unless you have a recent version of Homebrew installed, you might also need to tap the command-not-found Homebrew repository following the instructions.
