Changes:
- Prefer longer form of git switch for better clarity.
- Move `-S` (`--gpg-sign`) in all the alias definitions to  the end to
  allow custom keyid.
- Simplify operations in helper functions git native calls.
- Apply minor reformatting and rearranging.
